2nd Prize in the Visions & Challenges Track at FSE 2014!

Sebastian Elbaum and David S. Rosenblumwon the 2nd Prize in the Visions & Challenges Track at the 22nd ACM SIGSOFT International Symposium on Foundations of Software Engineering (FSE 2014) paper “Known unknowns: testing in the presence of uncertainty”.
Abstract: Uncertainty is becoming more prevalent in the software systems we build, introducing challenges in the way we develop software, especially in software testing. In this work we explore how uncertainty affects software testing, how it is managed currently, and how it could be treated more effectively.
